The following terms and conditions would be applied if you wish to rent a car from our company. The terms is the standard rental car in Bali, and maybe also the same in other country.
1. International Driving Licence or ASEAN countires is required for Foreigner and SIM for KITAS holder.
2. The car renter must be 18 years old and/or older.
3. The car rental rates is for 24 hours Car use for Self drive.
4. Driver service is for 10 hours per day for both car and driver (Excluding Petrol, because we do not your exact itinerary). Any extra hour will be charged 10% from daily rate, per hour. If you rent the car + Driver, the duration for both car and driver is for 10 hours per day. If the renter stay in Ubud area the duration is 9 hours per day.
5. Rental rate are inclusive insurance of the car. However, any accident, damage or theft of the car or any part of it, will be customer's own risk minimum US $50 and maximum up to US $1,000.
6. Service is Including for 21% Government Tax.
7. Cancellation notification must done 1 day in advance. 50% cancellation fee will be applied if cancellation notification just done on the first day of renting.
8. Petrol is Excluded, the renter must buy it by him/her self at many gas stations in Bali.
9. Baby car seat is available to rent (0-5 years old) at US $35, for whole days of renting period.
